  • Analyze blueprints, drawings, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates
  • Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments, or construction foremen to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues
  • Prepare estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors
